Tenga Coupon Codes

More Ways to Save at Tenga Store USA

• Sign up for the Tenga Store USA newsletter to get a welcome discount code on your first order, typically around 10% to 20% off. New subscriber codes are applicable on your first purchase.

• Verify your student status through Student Beans or EDiU to unlock a 10% discount on your order. This is a standing student offer run by the brand and is available on the official website throughout the year.

• Bundle items into one order whenever you can. Orders over $84.99 qualify for free shipping, so combining a few products into a single cart can save you the shipping fee you’d otherwise pay on smaller separate orders.

• Check the site’s sale or Deal section for markdowns on select items. Just keep in mind that items bought on promotion or clearance are typically final sale, so read the product page before you check out.

• Subscribe to a box of Tenga. The brand sends a subscription box with a bunch of best-selling items to your doorstep every month or every three months (based on your preference). Subscribing to products means that what you usually get at $50, you will get at $45. Plus, free shipping is also included for subscription orders.

Pleasure Points Loyalty Program

Tenga Store USA runs a loyalty program called Pleasure Points, which lets you earn points on every purchase made through your account. Points build up automatically as you shop and can be redeemed toward future orders once your balance reaches a qualifying amount. Every 100 Pleasure Points you collect is valued at $1. If you refer a friend, you get $5 worth of Pleasure Points.

The program comes with 5 levels of membership: Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Here is a brief breakdown of all the tiers:

Note: Pleasure Points can be redeemed at a rate of 100 Pleasure Points = $1. Additionally, members can earn boosted points (up to 5x normal rates) during special "5× Pleasure Points Days" held on the 5th and 25th of every month.

Tenga Store USA Return & Refund Policy

Tenga Store USA accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, but only on items that are unopened, unused, and still in their original sealed packaging. Given the intimate nature of these products, opened or used items generally can’t be returned once the seal is broken, which is standard across most retailers in this category.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact customer service soon after delivery, since reporting windows for these issues tend to be shorter than the general 30-day return window. Items purchased during a promotion or clearance sale are typically excluded from returns altogether. Return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on the store’s end. For complete terms, read Tenga Store USA’s official return policy page before you order.

A note on discreet shipping and privacy

Privacy is understandably a bigger concern when shopping in this category. Tenga Store USA ships all orders in plain, unbranded packaging, with no product names or descriptions visible on the outside of the box. Billing and order descriptions on your payment statement are also typically kept generic rather than listing the brand or specific items by name. The return addressee on the label is shown as Tenga USA INC.

About Tenga

TENGA was founded in 2005 in Tokyo by Koichi Matsumoto, a former mechanic who set out to design sexual wellness products with the same attention to industrial design as any other consumer electronics brand. The company’s first line, the TENGA Cup, launched in Japan in July 2005 and sold over a million units in its first year. Since then, TENGA has expanded into reusable devices, disposable Cups and Eggs, lubricants, and accessories, selling tens of millions of units across more than 40 countries. The brand is known for packaging and product design that favors clean, understated aesthetics over novelty-store styling, and Tenga Store USA serves as its official US retail site.
