Most activities allow a full refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time; bookings cancelled within that window are generally non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply. If you paid with KrisFlyer miles, a refund to your KrisFlyer account takes up to 30 days after cancellation.
