Meepo Board product categories

Meepo engineers electric skateboards around two primary drive styles: hub motors and belt drives. Hub motors sit directly inside the rear wheels, offering an ultra-quiet, sealed mechanism with zero belt wear. Belt-drive models utilize external motors and pulleys, delivering much higher hill-climbing torque and allowing riders to mount third-party street or cloud wheels.

Meepo Board 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

Meepo provides a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on its electric skateboards, but it comes with extremely strict conditions.

To qualify for a return under this guarantee, the electric skateboard must be completely unused, unridden, and still in its original, sealed packaging. Because shipping large lithium-ion batteries is heavily regulated and expensive, Meepo will not accept any returns for buyer's remorse if the board has been opened, assembled, or ridden, even for a short distance.

If your return meets the strict "unopened" criteria, you must contact customer service within 30 days of delivery to request an authorization. However, you will be entirely responsible for covering the return shipping fees, and Meepo will deduct an additional 15% restocking fee from your final refund amount.

Meepo Board shipping policy

Meepo delivers across the United States, with transit times largely determined by dispatch location. Items in stock at their local US warehouse generally arrive within 2 to 7 business days. If a specific configuration ships directly from the overseas factory, sea or air cargo transit can take between 15 and 40 business days. Free standard shipping  is available on orders over $400 on most electric skateboards within the contiguous US, while individual components and accessories may carry separate delivery fees.

Meepo Board return and refund policy

Meepo operates an exceptionally strict return protocol once packages leave the warehouse. Orders can be canceled for a full refund only prior to order dispatch. Once an electric skateboard has shipped, the purchase becomes non-returnable for change-of-mind reasons.

If your package arrives defective or incurs transit damage, you must notify Meepo support within 7 days of delivery alongside photo and video documentation. For verified hardware defects covered by their warranty policy, Meepo provides complimentary replacement components and video repair instructions rather than a full unit return.
