Express Return Policy

Express accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for online orders and 30 days of purchase for in-store orders. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have original tags attached. Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order number) is required for all returns.

Two return options

In-store (free): Bring your items to any Express or Express Men retail store with proof of purchase. Factory Outlet purchases must be returned to a Factory Outlet location. Cross-store returns between regular Express and Factory Outlet are not accepted in either direction.

Mail ($6.99 fee): Start your return online using your order number. Select the prepaid UPS label option and drop your package at any UPS location. A $6.99 fee is deducted from your refund.
