DXL Return and Refund

If you’re unable to visit a DXL store, you can return your item via UPS. Simply complete the return/exchange form that came with your order, follow the UPS prepaid return label process, and drop off the package at a UPS location.

• Return/Exchange Policies: If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, return unworn, unlaundered items in salable condition within 90 days for a refund. After 90 days, returns will be processed as gift cards or e-gift cards. DXL masks are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

• In-Store Purchases: For in-store purchases, returns within 90 days will be refunded to the original payment method. If there’s no record of purchase, the refund may be issued as a gift card or e-gift card. Custom clothing and gift cards cannot be returned. Discounts applied at purchase may be deducted from the refund.

• Online Purchases: For online returns, use the return/exchange form and the prepaid UPS label ($7.50 fee). If the item is damaged or defective, the return shipping cost will be waived.
